Spring is here! As we dance our way through April’s music festivals and prepare for scantily clad days in the summer sun, we become increasingly aware of our diets. However, with just a few basic lifestyle swaps, you can continue eating (and drinking) the things you crave most.
For my fellow margarita fiends, I have good news. The Skinny Margarita just got skinnier! Introducing the Spicy Skinny Margarita: it’s sweet, tangy, and most importantly, refreshing. Not only does it exclude synthetic sweeteners, but also it contains grapefruit juice and cayenne pepper – two proven fat-blasting ingredients.
Spicy Skinny Margarita: Serves 1
Note: Skinny margaritas usually contain low-cal agave nectar. However, this drink is refreshingly sweet all on its own due to the natural sugars in grapefruit.
